Several catalysts could shift odds before Jun 30, 2026. Federal Reserve interest rate decisions directly impact mortgage affordability and buyer demand in Miami. Economic data—inflation, employment, consumer confidence—influences housing sentiment. Local factors include new inventory levels, migration patterns to South Florida, and commercial-to-residential conversion trends. Geopolitical or financial shocks can trigger flight-to-safety moves or capital reallocation. Real estate transaction volumes and price indices published quarterly provide early signals. Major policy changes affecting foreign investment or visa programs affecting Miami's demographic inflow could also move the needle. Traders monitor all these inputs to adjust their positions.
