The national broadcast is the primary source; if not nationally televised, the home team's local broadcast is used. Commercials are excluded, but promotional content within the broadcast counts. Commentary from non-broadcast personnel such as players, coaches, referees/umpires, guests, or halftime reporters does not qualify. Resolution relies primarily on video footage of the game; if consensus cannot be reached, official transcripts are used. If the event is postponed within 14 calendar days and rescheduled, markets remain open.
