The event resolves based on whether Kash Patel utters any of the specified phrases during the live broadcast of Fox News: Saturday in America scheduled for September 19, 2026. Each market corresponds to a unique phrase or set of phrases (e.g., Trump, Fraud, Weaponization, Biden, etc.). If Patel says the exact phrase—or any plural/possessive form of it—while speaking in an official capacity during the broadcast, the respective market resolves to Yes. The resolution relies primarily on live video footage; if video review is inconclusive, official internal and external transcripts are used. Markets will resolve to No if Patel does not say the phrase, and the "Event does not qualify" market resolves to Yes if the broadcast is canceled, fails to meet payout criteria, or cannot be resolved normally. If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 14 calendar days, all markets remain open. Grammatical variations, unaired content, and off-mic remarks do not count toward resolution.
