The resolution relies primarily on video footage from the live stream; if video consensus cannot be reached among Kalshi employees, official internal and external transcripts will be used. Certain elements do not count toward payout, including grammatical variations, off-mic or private conversations, content not part of the original broadcast, and previously aired or archival material. If the event is definitively canceled or fails to meet payout criteria for any reason, the 'Event does not qualify' market resolves to 'Yes,' and all others resolve to 'No.' If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 14 calendar days, all markets remain open.
