Each market corresponds to a unique phrase or set of phrases (e.g., "Democrat," "Steel," "Trump (3+ times)"). The phrase must appear in its exact form, or a plural/possessive variation, during the speech. Markets resolve using live broadcast video or official transcripts if video consensus cannot be reached. If the event is canceled, the "Event does not qualify" market resolves to Yes, and all others to No. Postponements within 14 days keep markets open. Private conversations, archival footage, or unaired content do not count. All markets require Vance to be speaking in an official capacity for the phrase to qualify.
