This market will resolve to “YES” if, at any point during the week of Monday, June 22 – Friday, June 26 ‘26, the “High” price of the TradingView weekly candle for TSEC Capitalization Weighted Stock Index (TAIEX) (https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=TWSE%3AIX0001), based on regular trading hours only, is strictly greater than the price specified in the title. Otherwise, the market will resolve to “NO”. For the purposes of resolution, all values will be rounded to two decimal places using standard rounding rules. If the TradingView data for the relevant 1-week candle is inaccessible or not published for more than 24 hours following the market close, resolution defers to the official TAIEX closing value for that trading day as published by the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (https://www.twse.com.tw/en/page/trading/indices/MI_5MINS_HIST.html).

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they reflect real-money incentives and continuous updating rather than periodic research reports. While equity analysts may issue quarterly or event-driven forecasts based on fundamental analysis, this market prices in live trader conviction and incorporates breaking news instantly. Comparing the implied probabilities here to consensus analyst views can reveal whether the crowd is more bullish, bearish, or uncertain than the research community—a useful signal of where informed traders see edge or disagreement.
On Limitless, this market is priced through an automated market maker that adjusts odds based on order flow and liquidity. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders buy and sell shares representing each price outcome, and the platform's algorithm ensures continuous pricing without requiring a counterparty to be manually matched. As more capital flows into a particular outcome, its price rises, reflecting increased confidence. This mechanism encourages efficient price discovery and allows participants to enter or exit positions at transparent, algorithmically determined rates.
This market resolves around Jun 26, 2026, once the trading week concludes and official TAIEX closing data is published. The outcome is confirmed by verifying the index's actual price level against credible public financial reporting. Traders who correctly predicted which price range the index would hit during June 22–26 receive their winnings based on the final settlement price. Resolution is straightforward and objective, tied directly to the verifiable market close for that week.
Major catalysts for TAIEX price movement include Taiwan economic data releases, central bank policy announcements, geopolitical developments affecting the region, and global equity market trends—especially movements in tech stocks, given Taiwan's semiconductor dominance. Corporate earnings surprises, currency fluctuations, and shifts in U.S.–China trade dynamics can also drive sharp repricing. Traders monitoring this market should watch for monetary policy signals from Taiwan's central bank, semiconductor industry news, and broader Asia-Pacific market sentiment, all of which could reshape expectations before the June 22–26 settlement window closes.
