This market will resolve according to the official closing price for Tesla (TSLA) on the final day of trading of the specified week (normally Friday). If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Tesla (TSLA) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/TSLA/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds reflect real-money trader conviction and often diverge meaningfully from published analyst price targets. While Wall Street analysts typically issue quarterly or annual forecasts based on fundamental models, this market aggregates short-term sentiment from active traders betting on a specific weekly outcome. Prediction markets tend to incorporate breaking news and intraday momentum faster than traditional analyst revisions. Comparing the leading outcome probability in this market to consensus estimates from equity research can reveal whether traders are pricing in more bullish or bearish scenarios than the analyst community currently expects for Tesla's near-term performance.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling shares corresponding to each outcome bracket, with the share price reflecting the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market uses an automated market maker model, meaning liquidity pools determine the cost to buy or sell additional shares as volume changes. Traders profit if their chosen outcome resolves true, incentivizing accurate price discovery. The spread between bid and ask prices tightens as more capital flows into the market, and historical price charts show how consensus has shifted as new information emerges.
This market resolves around Jul 10, 2026, once the week of July 6 concludes and Tesla's official closing price is finalized. The outcome is verified against credible public sources reporting TSLA's closing price on the relevant date. Traders holding shares in the winning bracket receive their payout proportional to the final odds at resolution. Until that time, prices remain fluid and reflect evolving expectations about Tesla's stock performance, earnings announcements, macroeconomic shifts, or sector-specific catalysts that may emerge.
Tesla earnings releases, production or delivery announcements, CEO commentary, and broader equity market swings can all trigger sharp repricing in this market. Regulatory news affecting electric vehicles or autonomous driving, changes in interest rates, and shifts in tech sector sentiment also influence trader positioning. Intraday volatility in TSLA itself—driven by options expiration, index rebalancing, or macroeconomic data—often translates directly into prediction market activity. Traders monitor social media, financial news, and technical chart patterns to anticipate moves before they occur, making this market highly responsive to real-time information flow.
