This market will resolve according to the number of times Ted Cruz (@tedcruz), posts on X between June 19, 12:00 PM ET and June 26, 2026, 12:00 PM ET. For the purposes of this market, only main feed posts, quote posts and reposts will count. Replies will NOT count towards the total - however, replies which are recorded on the main feed will be counted by the tracker. Deleted posts will count as long as they remain available long enough to be captured by the tracker (~5 minutes). The resolution source for this market is the "Post Counter" figure for posts found at https://xtracker.polymarket.com. Individual posts can be viewed by clicking "Export Data". If the tracker does not update correctly in accordance with the rules, X itself may be used as a secondary resolution source.

Prediction markets and traditional polling measure different phenomena. Polls typically capture snapshot opinions on policy or favorability, while this market quantifies trader expectations about a measurable behavioral outcome—the exact count of posts in a defined timeframe. Prediction market odds reflect real-money incentives and information aggregation, often incorporating recent social media trends, Senator Cruz's typical posting patterns, and anticipated news cycles. Because the outcome is objectively verifiable after the resolution window closes, market prices tend to converge toward accuracy as the event date approaches. Comparing this market directly to polling is not meaningful; instead, traders should evaluate historical posting frequency and any scheduled events during that week.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling shares corresponding to each post-count outcome bracket. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the collective assessment of probability—higher-priced shares indicate stronger consensus that outcome will occur. Liquidity and trading volume determine how easily participants can enter or exit positions. As new information emerges about Senator Cruz's social media activity or anticipated events during the June 19–26 window, traders adjust their positions, causing prices to shift. The market's final price just before resolution typically represents the most refined estimate of the true probability.
This market resolves around Jun 26, 2026, after the conclusion of June 26, 2026. The outcome is determined by the total number of posts Senator Ted Cruz publishes across his official social media accounts during the specified week, verified against credible public sources. Once the resolution window closes and the final post count is confirmed, the market settles to the outcome bracket containing that number. Traders holding shares in the correct bracket receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. The exact post count is objective and independently verifiable, ensuring transparent settlement.
Several catalysts could shift odds significantly. Major news events, legislative votes, or political developments involving Senator Cruz may prompt increased social media activity or deliberate silence. Scheduled campaign appearances, town halls, or media appearances during that week would likely correlate with higher posting frequency. Changes in his communication strategy or platform preferences could alter baseline expectations. Recent post-count data from comparable weeks provides a reference point; any deviation from his typical pattern would prompt trader repricing. Additionally, broader political events, congressional recesses, or trending topics affecting his policy areas may influence his engagement level. Traders monitoring his account activity in real time can capitalize on early signals before the broader market adjusts.
