Resolution requires that Tamas Sulyok has an actual departure date and vacates the role within the specified time period. Departure includes resignation, retirement, removal, expulsion, expiration of term without renewal, recall, or any other means by which the individual ceases to hold the position—both voluntary and involuntary early departures qualify, as does natural term expiration. Temporary leaves of absence, suspensions, or recusals do not constitute departure unless the individual formally and permanently ceases to hold the position. If the person vacates and later re-occupies the role, settlement occurs on the initial vacation. If the role ceases to exist with no plausible successor, the market may resolve to No. If departure occurs due to death, contracts may resolve to the last fair price at the Exchange's discretion.
