This market will resolve according to the official closing price for SpaceX (SPCX) on the final day of trading of the specified week (normally Friday). If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the SpaceX (SPCX) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SPCX/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst forecasts because they reflect real-money incentives rather than opinion alone. Traders in this market must stake capital on their conviction, creating a self-correcting mechanism that can outpace consensus estimates. While Wall Street analysts publish periodic price targets based on fundamental research, this market aggregates dispersed information from thousands of participants betting on the actual outcome. Comparing the two reveals whether the crowd is more bullish, bearish, or aligned with institutional research on SpaceX's near-term valuation.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome represents a possible closing price range, and the cost to buy a share reflects the current probability assigned by the market. As traders place orders, the price adjusts dynamically—higher demand for an outcome pushes its price up, signaling greater confidence. This continuous repricing mechanism ensures the odds stay responsive to new information and trading activity throughout the week leading up to resolution.
This market resolves around Jul 10, 2026, once SpaceX's closing price for the week of July 6 is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the official closing price on the designated settlement date, confirmed through established financial data providers. Traders holding shares in the correct outcome range receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. The resolution process is automated once the price is confirmed, ensuring a fair and transparent settlement for all participants.
Major catalysts for this market include SpaceX announcements—successful launches, contract wins, or regulatory updates—that shift investor sentiment on the company's near-term prospects. Broader market moves in tech stocks and aerospace equities can also sway the odds, as traders reassess relative valuations. Earnings surprises from competitors, changes in government space policy, or macroeconomic shifts affecting growth stocks may trigger repricing. Real-time news flow and social media momentum can accelerate trader positioning, causing sharp price swings in the final days before the market closes.
