This market will resolve according to the Close price for SpaceX (SPCX) on the final day of trading of the week specified in the title (normally Friday). If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding. For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange. If the relevant session is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of that shortened session will be used. If the relevant day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the market will use the last valid Pyth price achieved during the regular trading hours of the primary exchange as the effective closing price. If no valid Pyth price exists for that trading day due to a system outage, data failure, or other technical disruption, the official closing price published by the primary exchange on which the listed security trades will be used to determine the closing price for that day. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed security during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Pyth. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Pyth after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market will be Pyth, specifically the "Close" values for the relevant 1-minute candle for SpaceX (SPCX) available at https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.SPCX%2FUSD.

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they reflect real-time aggregated trader sentiment rather than periodic published research. While equity analysts typically issue forecasts based on fundamental analysis and company guidance, this market prices in live reactions to news, earnings surprises, and macroeconomic shifts. Comparing the implied probability from this market to consensus analyst views can reveal whether traders are pricing in more optimism or caution than the research community. This divergence frequently signals where market participants see gaps in conventional wisdom or where new information has not yet been fully reflected in published estimates.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time probability quotes. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome range carries its own price, and traders profit by buying low and selling high as the probability shifts. The spread between bid and ask prices reflects market depth and liquidity; tighter spreads indicate more active trading and confidence in the price discovery process. As the week of July 20 approaches and SpaceX's actual closing price becomes clearer, the odds converge toward certainty, rewarding early accurate predictions.
This market resolves around Jul 24, 2026, once SpaceX's closing stock price for the specified week is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by matching the actual closing price against the predefined price ranges offered in the market. Traders holding positions in the correct range receive their payout, while incorrect predictions expire worthless. Resolution typically occurs within hours of the market close, allowing rapid settlement and payout distribution to winning participants.
Major catalysts that could shift odds include SpaceX earnings announcements, regulatory developments affecting commercial spaceflight, changes in funding or valuation, geopolitical events impacting launch schedules, and broader equity market volatility. Competitor announcements or technological breakthroughs in the aerospace sector may also influence trader positioning. Macroeconomic data—interest rate decisions, inflation reports, or recession signals—can drive sector-wide repricing. Additionally, any insider trading disclosures, executive departures, or contract wins or losses would likely trigger rapid repricing as traders reassess SpaceX's near-term prospects and adjust their positions accordingly.
