This market tracks Ralph Norman's performance in the 2026 South Carolina Republican Senate special primary. It measures whether his share of the vote meets or exceeds various thresholds, reflecting his level of support among Republican voters in that election.
The market resolves based on the certified percentage of votes Ralph Norman receives in the first round of the 2026 South Carolina Republican Senate special primary. Each outcome specifies a minimum vote share threshold (ranging from 10% to 45%), and the market settles to 'Yes' if Norman's certified vote percentage meets or exceeds that threshold. Vote percentages are calculated by dividing Norman's total valid votes by the total number of valid votes cast, multiplied by 100 and rounded appropriately. Only certified, official results are considered; preliminary figures, write-in votes (if certified), and invalid/spoiled ballots are treated according to standard electoral rules. If the election is canceled, postponed beyond the market expiration, or no certified results are available by the expiration date, the market resolves to 'No'. Additionally, any recount altering the certified percentage before expiration will use the most recent certified figure for resolution.
This market resolves around Aug 11, 2027, with the outcome confirmed once the official vote count is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final percentage of votes Ralph Norman receives in the first round will settle all positions, bringing clarity to traders’ positions based on actual election results.
