On Polymarket, the Solana Up or Down - May 31, 10PM ET event is priced as a binary contract where traders buy shares representing either an up or down outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the market's probability estimate, ranging from 0 to 1 (or 0% to 100%). As traders place orders, the automated market maker adjusts prices to balance supply and demand. Higher trading volume typically narrows spreads and improves price discovery, making odds more reliable as a consensus measure of outcome likelihood.
