Frequently asked questions

The PredictionHero dashboard tracks real-time odds and trading activity for the Solana Up or Down - May 30, 11PM ET event on Polymarket. It displays the current probability that SOL will close above or below its opening price at the specified time, updated as traders buy and sell shares. The dashboard shows 24-hour volume in Polymarket, price history charts, and the top outcome currently favored by the market. This gives you a live snapshot of crowd sentiment on Solana's short-term price direction heading into the May 30 close.

Prediction market odds reflect trader conviction about Solana's direction by May 30, 11PM ET, often diverging from spot price momentum alone. While spot markets react to immediate news and technical levels, prediction markets price in longer-term sentiment and event risk over the full window. Comparing Polymarket odds to analyst price targets or social media sentiment can reveal whether the crowd expects a reversal, continuation, or sideways consolidation. Significant gaps between market odds and consensus forecasts may signal contrarian opportunity or hidden conviction among traders.

On Polymarket, the Solana Up or Down - May 30, 11PM ET event is priced as a binary contract: traders buy shares betting SOL will trade up or down relative to its opening price at the May 30, 11PM ET snapshot. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the balance of buy and sell orders; as new information emerges—network upgrades, regulatory news, or broader crypto market moves—traders adjust positions, shifting the probability. Share prices range from near-zero to near-one, with the spread between bid and ask reflecting market liquidity and uncertainty around the outcome.

The market resolves on May 31, 2026. The outcome is determined by Solana's price at the specified snapshot time of May 30, 11PM ET. Traders holding winning shares receive their payout based on the final settlement price. The resolution window is narrow and specific, making this a short-duration event ideal for traders with conviction on intraday or near-term directional moves. Once the snapshot time passes and the price is recorded, the market locks and resolves automatically.

Key catalysts for Solana's price action include network performance updates, validator health announcements, and ecosystem partnership news. Broader crypto market sentiment—Bitcoin and Ethereum moves, Fed policy signals, or institutional inflows—often drives SOL correlated moves. Technical levels and resistance zones matter for short-term traders. Regulatory headlines, exchange listings, or major DeFi protocol developments on Solana can spark sharp reversals. Macro economic data and risk-on/risk-off sentiment shifts in the final days before May 30 may compress or expand volatility, influencing whether traders expect an up or down close.
