This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the SOL/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the SOL/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/SOL_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance SOL/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, this event is priced using an automated market maker model where traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the ratio of liquidity and recent trades on the platform. As traders accumulate positions, the price adjusts to balance supply and demand. Polymarket's transparent order book and real-time settlement create efficient price discovery, with the market odds converging toward the true probability as the resolution date approaches. Higher trading volume typically narrows spreads and increases pricing accuracy.
Several catalysts could shift Solana's price and thus market odds before Jun 9, 2026. Major developments include Solana ecosystem announcements, changes in network activity or validator health, broader crypto market sentiment shifts, regulatory news affecting blockchain assets, macroeconomic events impacting risk appetite, and Bitcoin or Ethereum price movements. Technical levels and support or resistance zones may also trigger algorithmic trading. On-chain metrics like transaction volume and developer activity can signal fundamental strength or weakness. Monitoring these signals helps traders anticipate price direction and adjust positions accordingly.
