On Polymarket, the Solana Up or Down - June 8, 11PM ET contract is priced as a binary outcome: traders buy shares representing either an up or down close at the specified time. The price of each share reflects the market's probability estimate, ranging from 0 to 1 (or 0% to 100%). As traders place orders, the automated market maker adjusts prices to balance supply and demand, creating a continuous price discovery mechanism. Higher volume typically tightens the spread and improves price accuracy, allowing you to enter or exit positions with minimal slippage.
