The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance SOL/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect trader expectations about Solana's directional move by Jun 2, 2026. These odds often diverge from spot price momentum because markets price in longer-term sentiment, volatility expectations, and event risk rather than just current momentum. Spot price expectations from technical analysts or on-chain metrics may show bullish or bearish bias in the near term, but prediction market participants weigh broader factors including macroeconomic conditions, regulatory news, and ecosystem developments. Comparing the two reveals whether traders believe short-term price action will persist or reverse by the resolution time.
On Polymarket, Solana Up or Down - June 2, 10AM ET is priced as a binary outcome contract where traders buy and sell shares representing each side. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the collective belief of all market participants about which direction Solana will move by the specified time. Prices update continuously as new trades execute, and the spread between bid and ask prices indicates liquidity and confidence. Higher volume typically narrows the spread and makes prices more reliable. Traders profit by buying undervalued outcomes and selling overvalued ones, which drives prices toward true probabilities over time.
The market resolves on Jun 2, 2026. At that time, the outcome is determined by whether Solana's price has moved up or down relative to a specified reference level or timeframe. The exact resolution criteria—such as the reference price, exchange used, and measurement method—are defined in the market rules. Once the resolution time arrives, the market settles based on verified price data, and winning shares are credited with their payout value while losing shares expire worthless. Traders should review the full market terms to understand precisely how the up or down determination will be made.
Several catalysts could shift Solana's price direction by Jun 2, 2026. Major network upgrades, validator performance issues, or ecosystem announcements from key projects can drive bullish or bearish sentiment. Regulatory developments affecting crypto broadly or Solana specifically may trigger sharp moves. Macroeconomic events—Federal Reserve decisions, inflation data, or risk-on/risk-off sentiment shifts—often move the entire crypto market. On-chain metrics like transaction volume, active addresses, or developer activity can signal fundamental strength or weakness. Competitive developments from other Layer 1 blockchains and Bitcoin or Ethereum price action also influence Solana's trajectory during the prediction window.
