Significant gaps between prediction odds and spot price expectations may signal trading opportunities or consensus shifts.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, the Solana Up or Down - June 12, 4AM ET contract is priced as a binary outcome, with separate order books for the up and down sides. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome, and the price of each share reflects the implied probability. Liquidity and trading volume drive price discovery, so higher volume typically narrows spreads and improves pricing accuracy. The contract price converges toward the true probability as the resolution time approaches and new information enters the market.
The market resolves at Jun 12, 2026. At that moment, Solana's price will be assessed against the specified threshold to determine whether the up or down outcome has occurred.
