This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the SOL/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the SOL/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/SOL_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance SOL/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect trader consensus on Solana's directional move by June 10, 7PM ET, which may differ from current spot price momentum or technical analysis. While spot markets react to immediate supply and demand, prediction markets price in expected price action over the full time horizon to resolution. Comparing Polymarket odds to analyst forecasts, on-chain metrics, or macro sentiment can reveal whether traders are pricing in bullish or bearish conviction relative to conventional market views.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary contract where traders buy shares representing either an Up or Down outcome for Solana at the June 10, 7PM ET timestamp. The price of each share reflects the market's implied probability; as traders accumulate positions, the odds shift. Volume and liquidity on Polymarket determine how easily traders can enter or exit positions, and the order book depth influences slippage on larger trades.
The market resolves at Jun 11, 2026, marking the official end of the trading period. Resolution is determined by Solana's price action at the specified June 10, 7PM ET checkpoint. The outcome hinges on whether the price closes above or below a predefined reference level at that exact moment. Once the snapshot is taken and verified, the winning outcome is confirmed and traders' positions settle accordingly.
Key catalysts include Solana network updates, validator performance announcements, and ecosystem partnerships or integrations. Broader crypto market sentiment, Bitcoin and Ethereum price movements, and macroeconomic events (Fed policy, inflation data) can also drive Solana's direction. On-chain metrics such as transaction volume, active addresses, and developer activity may influence trader positioning. Regulatory news affecting Solana or the wider crypto sector, plus major exchange listings or delistings, could trigger sharp repricing ahead of the June 10 snapshot.
