This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the SOL/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the SOL/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/SOL_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance SOL/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, Solana Up or Down - June 10, 3AM ET is priced as a binary contract where traders buy shares representing either outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the ratio of capital allocated to each side. Shares in the winning outcome pay out at full value; losing shares expire worthless. Prices move as new trades arrive, with the order book depth and recent volume shaping how quickly odds shift. Traders can enter or exit positions continuously until the market resolves, allowing dynamic repricing as new information about Solana's price action emerges.
The market resolves at Jun 10, 2026, marking the official settlement time for this event. Resolution is determined by Solana's price at that exact timestamp, compared against a predetermined reference level. The outcome is binary: either SOL closes above or below that threshold. Once the resolution criteria are met and verified, the market settles automatically, with winning shares paid out and losing shares voided. Traders should monitor the final hours before resolution to ensure they understand the exact reference price and settlement methodology.
Solana's price direction before June 10, 3AM ET could be influenced by network upgrades, validator performance announcements, or ecosystem developments affecting SOL adoption. Broader crypto market moves, Bitcoin volatility, and regulatory news often cascade into altcoin prices. Macroeconomic data, Federal Reserve communications, and risk sentiment shifts can drive capital flows into or out of riskier assets like Solana. On-chain metrics such as transaction volume, developer activity, or whale movements may signal conviction shifts. Major exchange listings, partnership announcements, or security incidents would also likely move the market sharply in either direction.
