The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance SOL/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.

Prediction market odds often diverge from spot price momentum because they embed longer-term expectations and tail risks that intraday price action may not capture. While a spot exchange shows the current transaction price, this market reflects traders' probabilistic views on where Solana will settle by the deadline. Prediction markets tend to smooth out noise and reward accurate forecasting over time, making odds a useful cross-check against technical analysis or sentiment surveys. The two signals together provide a richer picture of market positioning.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds through an automated market maker that adjusts prices based on order flow and liquidity. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome has an implied probability derived from the current bid-ask spread; buying a contract pushes the price up, while selling pushes it down. This continuous pricing mechanism ensures the market reflects real-time consensus and allows participants to enter or exit positions at transparent rates. The system incentivizes accurate predictions by rewarding traders who correctly forecast the outcome.
This market resolves around Jul 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The winning outcome is determined by whether Solana's price moved up or down relative to the specified reference point at the resolution time. Traders holding the correct outcome receive their share of the pool, while incorrect positions expire worthless. Early resolution is possible if the outcome becomes unambiguous before the deadline.
Major catalysts include Solana network upgrades, validator performance reports, and shifts in broader crypto market sentiment driven by Bitcoin or Ethereum moves. Regulatory announcements affecting SOL or the wider ecosystem can trigger sharp repricing. Macroeconomic data—interest rate decisions, inflation reports—often ripple through risk assets. Developer activity, exchange listings, or partnerships may signal long-term adoption trends. Real-time on-chain metrics like transaction volume and active addresses also influence trader conviction, making this market sensitive to both headline news and granular on-chain signals.
