This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the SOL/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the SOL/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/SOL_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance SOL/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.

Prediction market odds often diverge from spot price momentum because they embed forward-looking sentiment and tail-risk premiums that spot markets may not fully price in. While a spot exchange shows the current SOL price, this market reflects traders' collective belief about directional movement over a specific window. Prediction markets tend to be more efficient at capturing consensus when traditional indicators are mixed, though they can also overshoot if sentiment becomes crowded in one direction. Comparing the two reveals whether the market is pricing in catalysts that spot traders haven't yet recognized.
This market resolves around Jul 2, 2026, once the event window closes and the outcome is verifiable from credible public sources. The result hinges on whether Solana's price moved up or down relative to the reference level at the specified time. Resolution is typically confirmed within hours of the deadline, after which winning shares are redeemed at full value and losing shares expire worthless. Traders should monitor official announcements from the platform to confirm the exact settlement time and any final data sources used.
Major catalysts include Solana network updates, changes in developer activity, regulatory announcements affecting crypto broadly, Bitcoin or Ethereum price swings, macroeconomic data, and shifts in institutional or retail sentiment toward SOL. Technical levels and support/resistance zones can also trigger momentum shifts if price approaches them. Social media trends, exchange listings, or security incidents can spark sudden repricing. Traders often watch on-chain metrics like active addresses and transaction volume for clues about real adoption trends versus speculative trading.
