This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the SOL/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down".
The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the SOL/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/SOL_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized.
Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance SOL/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both platforms resolve based on the same binary price comparison (close >= open) for the SOL/USDT 1H candle beginning April 29, 5PM ET, using Binance as the authoritative data source.
Identify the 1-hour candle that begins at April 29, 5PM ET on Binance SOL/USDT
Extract the Open price (O) and Close price (C) from that candle once finalized
If Close >= Open, resolve to UP
If Close < Open, resolve to DOWN
Resolution uses only Binance SOL/USDT pair data, not other exchanges or trading pairs
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Candle finalization timing: Resolution occurs only after the 1-hour candle is complete and Binance data is finalized. Intracandle price movements do not affect resolution.
Price equality (Open = Close): When open price equals close price, the condition Close >= Open is satisfied, resolving to UP.
Exchange outage or data unavailability: If Binance SOL/USDT data is unavailable or corrupted for the specified candle, resolution may be delayed or require platform discretion; no alternative exchange data is permitted per rules.
Timezone verification: The 5PM ET timestamp must be correctly mapped to the corresponding UTC time on Binance to identify the correct 1H candle.
Timing:
Resolution occurs after the 1-hour candle beginning April 29, 5PM ET closes on Binance and price data is finalized, typically within minutes of the candle close.
