To resolve, the simple average of the 60-second Real Time Index (RTI) prices from CF Benchmarks immediately preceding 5 PM EDT on August 17, 2026, is calculated. If this average exceeds the respective threshold for a given market, that market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. All markets share the same data source and calculation methodology, using the average of 60 RTI data points captured in the final minute before expiration.
