If the press release and any concurrent investor presentation disagree, the press release governs. If neither contains a Total Revenue figure, the figure reported in Shake Shack's Form 10-Q for Q1 2026 will be used. Definition of Total Revenue: the headline GAAP Total Revenue figure for Q1 2026 as reported by Shake Shack, comprising Shack sales, licensing revenue, and any other revenue components consolidated under GAAP.
