This market will resolve according to the official closing price for Palantir (PLTR) on the final day of trading of the specified week (normally Friday). If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Palantir (PLTR) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/PLTR/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they aggregate real-money bets from thousands of traders with direct financial incentives to forecast accurately. While Wall Street analysts publish periodic reports with specific targets, this market updates continuously as new data arrives. Traders here respond immediately to earnings surprises, regulatory news, or macroeconomic shifts, whereas analyst consensus can lag by days or weeks. Comparing the implied probability in this market to the distribution of published analyst forecasts reveals whether the crowd is more bullish, bearish, or aligned with institutional views on Palantir's valuation.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling shares tied to each price outcome, with the market price of each share reflecting its implied probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform uses an automated market maker (AMM) model, so prices adjust dynamically as volume flows into different brackets. If more traders believe PLTR will close above a certain level, shares in that outcome become more expensive, and vice versa. This mechanism ensures continuous liquidity and transparent price discovery throughout the week leading up to resolution.
This market resolves around Jul 10, 2026, once the closing price for Palantir during the specified week is verified against credible public sources. The outcome is determined by where PLTR's stock price settles at market close on the final trading day of that week. Traders holding shares in the correct outcome bracket receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. Resolution is automatic and final once the closing price is confirmed and published by major financial data providers.
Several catalysts could shift odds significantly before this market closes. Earnings announcements, guidance revisions, or major contract wins would directly impact Palantir's stock price and trader sentiment. Broader market movements—interest rate decisions, tech sector rotation, or macroeconomic data—often drive correlated moves in defense and software stocks. Insider trading disclosures, analyst upgrades or downgrades, and geopolitical developments affecting government spending could also influence the outcome. Real-time news flow and options market activity typically precede and amplify price moves in the underlying stock.
