This market will resolve according to the official closing price for Opendoor (OPEN) on the final day of trading of the specified week (normally Friday). If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Opendoor (OPEN) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/OPEN/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they reflect real-money incentives and continuous updating rather than periodic research reports. This market aggregates the collective judgment of traders betting on Opendoor's actual closing price, which can move faster than consensus revisions. Analysts may anchor to longer-term valuations, while traders here focus on the specific week-of-June-29 outcome. Comparing the implied probabilities to published forecasts reveals whether the market is pricing in more bullish or bearish scenarios than the Street expects.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling shares tied to each outcome bracket for Opendoor's closing price. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each share represents a claim on that outcome, and the market price reflects the probability traders assign to it occurring. Liquidity pools and order books allow continuous price discovery, so odds update in real time as new trades flow in. The platform's automated market maker or order-book mechanism ensures transparent pricing throughout the trading period.
This market resolves around Jul 3, 2026, once Opendoor's official closing price for that week is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by which price bracket OPEN actually closes in during the specified week. Resolution occurs after market close on the final trading day of that period, when the closing price becomes final and binding. Participants' payouts depend on whether they held shares in the bracket that matches the actual result.
Earnings announcements, changes in real estate market conditions, and shifts in interest rates can all influence Opendoor's stock price heading into late June. Regulatory developments affecting the real estate technology sector, management commentary, and broader market volatility will likely drive trader positioning. Competitive announcements from rivals or macroeconomic data releases may also trigger repricing. As the resolution date approaches, any news about housing demand, company guidance, or sector trends could cause sharp moves in this market's odds.
