This market will resolve according to the official closing price for Opendoor (OPEN) on the final day of trading of the specified week (normally Friday). If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Opendoor (OPEN) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/OPEN/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they reflect real-money conviction rather than consensus estimates. Analysts typically publish quarterly or event-driven forecasts based on fundamental models, while this market updates continuously as new information emerges. Traders betting on Opendoor's closing price incorporate earnings surprises, sector trends, and macroeconomic shifts in real time. When prediction market odds move sharply away from analyst consensus, it can signal either that the market has spotted something analysts missed or that sentiment is temporarily ahead of the data. Comparing the two reveals where conviction is strongest.
This market resolves around Jun 19, 2026, once the final closing price for Opendoor stock on the last trading day of the week of June 15–19 is verified. The outcome is confirmed against credible public sources reporting the official close. Traders holding shares in the correct price band receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. The resolution process is automatic once the data is available, ensuring all participants see the same result simultaneously.
Opendoor's stock price could shift based on company earnings announcements, guidance revisions, or unexpected management changes. Broader real estate market data—housing starts, mortgage rates, or inventory levels—often influences the company's valuation. Macroeconomic surprises, Fed policy shifts, or tech sector selloffs can also trigger repricing. Insider transactions or activist investor activity would likely spark immediate trading volume spikes. Short-term technical factors, such as options expiration or index rebalancing, may create intraday volatility. Traders monitor all these catalysts closely to adjust positions before the final close.
