The future price of WTI crude oil is a key indicator reflecting global supply and demand dynamics, influenced by geopolitical events, production policies, and economic forecasts. Tracking its value at specific future dates helps stakeholders anticipate market shifts and make informed decisions regarding energy investments and policy planning.
All markets resolve based on the daily settlement price of the November 2026 WTI crude oil contract on September 23, 2026. Each market has a distinct threshold price, and if the settlement price exceeds the respective threshold, the market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. Settlement uses the nearest listed contract month, rolling forward to the next contract two business days before the current contract's last trading day. Prices are rounded to the nearest two decimal places. If data for the specified date is unavailable, the most recently published data is used to determine the outcome.
