These markets track the daily settlement price of WTI crude oil on July 16, 2026, using the September 2026 futures contract (or the nearest active contract month following standard rolling conventions). Each market corresponds to a specific price threshold, with resolution based on whether the settlement price exceeds that threshold.

Resolution is determined by the daily settlement price of WTI crude oil on July 16, 2026, using the September 2026 contract or the nearest listed contract month if rolling has occurred. Contract months roll forward to the next contract 2 business days before the current contract's last trading day; for example, if May 2026's last trading day is April 28, the active contract switches from May to June on April 26. Contracts are named after their delivery month per standard exchange symbology, not their expiration date. The settlement value is rounded to the nearest 2 decimal places. If no data is published by the specified source agency for the specified time, the most recently available published data will be used to resolve the market. Each individual market resolves to Yes if the settlement price exceeds its designated threshold (ranging from $71.49/Bbl to $85.99/Bbl in $0.50 increments), and No otherwise.
