This market will resolve to "Yes" if the official closing price for NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) on June 29 is higher than the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the final session is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NVDA/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they aggregate real-money bets from a broad set of traders rather than relying on a small number of institutional forecasters. While equity analysts publish formal ratings and price targets based on fundamental research, this market reflects dynamic, crowd-sourced expectations updated continuously as new information emerges. Both approaches offer value: analysts provide detailed reasoning, while prediction markets capture the aggregated conviction of participants willing to stake capital on their views.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling shares that represent "yes" or "no" outcomes. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the implied probability that NVDA will close above the specified level on the resolution date. As new trades occur, the market price adjusts in real time, allowing participants to enter or exit positions at prevailing odds. This continuous price discovery mechanism ensures the market reflects the latest available information and trader sentiment.
This market resolves around Jun 29, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be determined by NVIDIA's official closing stock price on that date, checked against the specified threshold. Once the market closes and the final price is established, the outcome becomes binary: either the condition is met or it is not, and trader positions are settled accordingly based on the verified result.
Key catalysts for this market include NVIDIA's quarterly earnings reports, data center demand trends, competitive announcements from AMD or other chip manufacturers, and broader macroeconomic shifts affecting semiconductor valuations. Geopolitical developments, regulatory changes, and shifts in AI adoption rates can also influence investor sentiment around the stock. Additionally, any major product launches, guidance revisions, or changes in customer concentration could trigger significant repricing as traders reassess the likelihood of the stock closing above the target level by June 29.
