This market will resolve to "Yes" if the official closing price for NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) on June 18 is higher than the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the final session is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NVDA/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds reflect real-money trader conviction and often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they incorporate forward-looking sentiment and tail-risk pricing. While equity analysts publish consensus estimates based on fundamental models, this market aggregates the collective judgment of participants who have direct financial exposure to the outcome. Comparing the implied probability here to published analyst views on NVIDIA's near-term trajectory can reveal where the market is pricing in optimism or caution that consensus estimates may not yet reflect.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling shares that pay out based on whether NVDA closes above the target price on the specified date. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the market's real-time probability estimate, with higher prices indicating stronger conviction that the threshold will be breached. Liquidity and order flow determine how quickly prices adjust to breaking news, earnings surprises, or broader market moves in semiconductor stocks.
This market resolves around Jun 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution hinges on NVIDIA's official closing price on that date—whether it settles above or below the specified threshold. Traders should monitor market hours and any after-hours developments that could affect the final print, as the exact close is the sole determinant of the payout.
Key catalysts include NVIDIA earnings announcements, guidance revisions, semiconductor industry trends, and broader tech sector momentum. Geopolitical developments affecting chip exports, AI adoption announcements from major customers, and macroeconomic shifts in interest rates or growth expectations can all shift trader positioning. Additionally, competitive pressures from AMD or other chipmakers, supply chain updates, and data center demand signals will likely influence how traders price the probability of hitting the target close on June 18.
