Each market has a unique threshold, ranging incrementally. The settlement value is determined by rounding the closing price to the nearest three decimal places. The closing price refers to the price at the end of the immediately preceding one-minute interval—for example, the 4:59 PM candlestick closes at 5:00 PM. If data for the specified time is unavailable, the most recently published data is used for resolution.
