This market tracks the real-time price of natural gas on a specific date and time, resolving to 'Yes' if the price exceeds various predefined thresholds. It reflects short-term price movements in the commodities market based on precise intraday data.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the closing price of a 1-minute candlestick for natural gas using the NGDU6 contract at 5:00 PM EDT on August 11, 2026. Each market has a unique threshold price; if the closing price exceeds that threshold, the market resolves to 'Yes,' otherwise to 'No.' Settlement uses the nearest listed contract month, rolling forward 5 business days before the current contract's last trading day. Contracts are named by delivery month, not expiration date, and prices are rounded to the nearest three decimal places. The closing price is determined at the end of the immediately preceding one-minute interval. If data is unavailable for the specified time, the most recent published data is used for resolution.
