This market will resolve according to the official closing price for Meta (META) on the final day of trading of the specified week (normally Friday). If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Meta (META) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/META/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they reflect real-time trader conviction rather than periodic research updates. While equity analysts typically publish quarterly or event-driven forecasts, this market aggregates continuous trading signals from participants with direct financial incentive to forecast accurately. Comparing the implied closing price range to consensus analyst estimates can reveal whether the market is pricing in more bullish or bearish sentiment than the research community, helping traders spot potential mispricings or validate their own thesis.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker pool. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome bracket—representing a specific closing price range for Meta stock—has its own share price, which moves based on supply and demand. As traders accumulate positions, the implied probability of each outcome adjusts in real time. The current odds reflect the aggregate belief of all active participants and update continuously until the market closes on Jul 3, 2026.
This market resolves around Jul 3, 2026, once Meta's official closing price for the week is publicly available. The outcome is determined by verifying the stock price against credible public financial data sources. Whichever outcome bracket contains the actual closing price is declared correct, and traders holding shares in that bracket receive their payout. Early resolution may occur if the event is confirmed sooner through official company announcements or widely reported market data.
Meta's stock price can shift sharply on earnings surprises, regulatory announcements, competitive threats, or macroeconomic data releases. Insider trading disclosures, major product launches, or changes in advertising market conditions often trigger repricing. Broader tech sector volatility, interest rate decisions, and shifts in AI investment sentiment also influence Meta's weekly close. Traders monitor earnings calendars, SEC filings, and real-time news to anticipate these catalysts and adjust positions accordingly before the market closes.
