This market will resolve to "Yes" if the official closing price for Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) on June 25 is higher than the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the final session is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Meta Platforms, Inc. (META) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/META/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction markets and traditional analyst forecasts operate on different methodologies. While Wall Street analysts publish price targets based on fundamental research and models, this market aggregates real-money bets from traders who profit or lose based on actual outcomes. Comparing the two can reveal where professional consensus and crowd expectations diverge—analysts may be more conservative or optimistic than traders pricing in current market conditions and near-term catalysts.
This market resolves around Jun 25, 2026, when Meta's closing stock price on that date becomes verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by whether the stock closes above or below the specified threshold—a straightforward factual event confirmed through standard financial data providers. Once the market closes and the price is officially recorded, the resolution is final and winnings are distributed accordingly.
Meta's stock price can be influenced by quarterly earnings reports, changes in advertising revenue, regulatory developments, competitive pressures from AI and social platforms, and broader tech sector sentiment. Macroeconomic shifts—interest rate decisions, inflation data, or recession concerns—also impact growth stocks like Meta. Management guidance, product announcements, or major personnel changes can trigger sharp repricing. Traders monitor these catalysts closely, adjusting positions as new information becomes available before the June 25 close.
