The Hypercycle token price will be measured using a 60-second average of the CF Benchmarks real-time index taken just before 5 PM EDT on June 11, 2026, tracking performance across multiple ascending price thresholds.
Resolution is based on the simple average of sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' UHYPEUSDRTI collected before 5 PM EDT on June 11, 2026. Each outcome corresponds to a specific price threshold, with resolution to Yes if the average exceeds the threshold value (e.g., above $34.9999 for the $35 or above outcome, above $35.9999 for $36 or above, continuing through higher price levels up to $74 or above). CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index is the authoritative price source, not alternative sources like Google or Coinbase. The final official value is calculated as the simple average of all 60 RTI prices collected in the final minute before 5 PM EDT.
Prediction market odds on Kalshi reflect trader consensus about where HYPE will trade at the specified time, which often diverges from current spot prices due to time decay, volatility expectations, and funding costs. Comparing these odds to analyst price targets and on-chain sentiment indicators can reveal whether the market is pricing in bullish or bearish momentum. Spot price alone does not account for the six-month forward-looking nature of this contract.
On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Kalshi, HYPE price outcomes are priced as binary or range-based contracts where traders buy and sell shares reflecting their belief about the settlement price. Each outcome has a bid-ask spread that tightens or widens based on order flow and market conviction. Prices move continuously as new information arrives, and the platform's matching engine executes trades at the best available prices throughout the contract's lifetime.
Major catalysts include regulatory announcements affecting the broader crypto market, HYPE token utility updates or partnership news, macroeconomic shifts in risk appetite, Bitcoin and Ethereum price movements, and changes in staking or yield mechanisms. Technical developments such as smart contract upgrades, exchange listings, or community governance votes can also drive volatility. Monitoring on-chain metrics, developer activity, and social sentiment will help traders anticipate price swings leading up to the June 2026 resolution.
