The markets resolve based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' HYPEUSD_RTI immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 28, 2026. For each market, if this average exceeds a specified threshold (e.g., $49.9999, $50.9999, etc.), the market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No.' The official price is determined by collecting 60 Real Time Index (RTI) prices during the last minute before expiration and averaging them. It is important to note that cryptocurrency price data can vary across sources, and the resolution relies exclusively on CF Benchmarks' RTI, not on consumer-facing platforms like Google or Coinbase.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the “Close” price of the Hyperliquid HYPE/USDC 1-minute candle beginning at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2026 is $70.00 or higher. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” The primary resolution source for this market is https://app.hyperliquid.xyz/trade/HYPE/USDC, specifically the HYPE/USDC chart with “1m” and “Candles” selected. Please note that the outcome of this market depends solely on the price data from the Hyperliquid HYPE/USDC trading pair. Prices from other exchanges, different trading pairs, or spot markets will not be considered for the resolution of this market.
