These markets resolve based on whether the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' HYPEUSD_RTI immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 17, 2026, exceeds a specified threshold. Each market corresponds to a different price threshold, ranging incrementally from $37.00 to $75.9999. The official price is determined by averaging 60 Real Time Index (RTI) price readings collected during the final minute before expiration. All markets share the same data collection methodology and timing, with the sole distinction being the threshold value each market uses to resolve as 'Yes' or 'No'. The secondary rules consistently emphasize that while public sources like Google or Coinbase may offer reference points, the resolving price exclusively uses CF Benchmarks' RTI data.
