Key catalysts include macroeconomic announcements, Federal Reserve communications, and crypto-specific news such as regulatory developments or major protocol upgrades. Bitcoin price movements often drive Ethereum sentiment, as do changes in DeFi lending rates and staking yields. On-chain metrics like whale transactions and exchange inflows can signal trader positioning. Market-wide risk sentiment, equity futures performance, and geopolitical events may also influence Ethereum's direction during the trading window. Monitoring these signals helps traders anticipate shifts in prediction market odds.
