Key catalysts for Ethereum price movement include major macroeconomic announcements, Federal Reserve policy signals, Bitcoin volatility, and Ethereum-specific developments such as network upgrades or regulatory news. Large liquidations in derivatives markets, shifts in staking or DeFi activity, and changes in institutional sentiment can also drive sharp price swings. Geopolitical events and traditional market risk-off periods often correlate with crypto drawdowns, while positive sentiment around Ethereum's roadmap or adoption can support upside momentum.
