The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance ETH/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, Ethereum Up or Down - June 7, 1PM ET is priced as a binary contract where traders buy YES or NO shares reflecting their belief in each outcome. The price of each share moves between 0 and 1 cent, with the sum always equaling 1 cent, ensuring the probabilities sum to 100 percent. As traders place orders, the automated market maker adjusts prices to balance supply and demand. Higher volume and tighter spreads indicate stronger liquidity and more confident pricing around the true probability of an up or down move.
The Ethereum Up or Down - June 7, 1PM ET market resolves on Jun 7, 2026. Resolution is determined by comparing Ethereum's price at the specified time against a reference baseline. Traders who correctly predicted the direction receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. The exact price source and comparison methodology are defined in the market's terms at creation. Once the resolution time passes, the market enters a settlement phase where final payouts are distributed based on the confirmed outcome.
Major catalysts for Ethereum price movement include Federal Reserve policy announcements, Bitcoin volatility, Ethereum network upgrades or security incidents, regulatory news, and macroeconomic data releases. On-chain metrics such as exchange inflows, whale transactions, and staking changes can signal institutional positioning. Technical levels and support/resistance zones also influence short-term direction. Broader crypto sentiment, altcoin season cycles, and correlation with traditional equities may amplify or dampen moves. Traders monitor these signals to adjust their positions before the June 7, 1PM ET snapshot.
