This event group tracks whether Ethereum's price on the ETH/USDT pair at Binance closes higher than or equal to its opening price during the 1-hour candle beginning June 28, 2024 at 4:00 PM ET. Resolution depends on the finalized close and open prices from Binance's official 1H candlestick data for that specific time window.
This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the ETH/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the ETH/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance ETH/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.

Major catalysts include Ethereum network upgrades, regulatory announcements affecting crypto assets, macroeconomic data (inflation, interest rates), Bitcoin price swings, and large on-chain transactions or smart contract developments. Geopolitical events, central bank policy shifts, and sentiment shifts in traditional finance can also ripple into crypto markets. Technical levels and options expiry dates may trigger algorithmic trading. Monitoring news, on-chain metrics, and correlation with equities will help you anticipate moves before this market reprices.
