This event group tracks whether Ethereum's price on Binance (ETH/USDT pair) closes higher than or equal to its opening price during the 1-hour candle beginning at June 27, 6AM ET. Resolution is binary: 'Up' if close >= open, otherwise 'Down'. Both platforms use identical resolution logic tied to Binance's official 1H candle data.
This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the ETH/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the ETH/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance ETH/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.

Macro catalysts—Federal Reserve policy shifts, inflation data, or risk-off sentiment—often drive broad crypto moves that would shift this market sharply. Ethereum-specific news, such as network upgrades, staking changes, or major smart contract developments, can trigger directional conviction. Regulatory announcements affecting crypto markets, large exchange inflows or outflows, or whale accumulation patterns may signal imminent volatility. Technical levels and options expiry dates can also influence short-term momentum. Monitoring on-chain metrics, social sentiment, and macro calendars helps traders anticipate moves before they're priced in.
