This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the ETH/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the ETH/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance ETH/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect traders' collective expectations for Ethereum's price direction by June 10, 10PM ET, often diverging from spot price momentum alone. While spot markets react to immediate price action, prediction markets price in longer-term conviction and tail risks. Comparing Polymarket odds to analyst forecasts and on-chain sentiment indicators can reveal whether the market is pricing in macro catalysts, regulatory news, or technical levels that spot traders may not yet fully reflect. This gap often signals trading opportunities.
The market resolves at Jun 11, 2026, which corresponds to June 10 at 10PM ET. At that moment, Ethereum's price will be assessed to determine whether it moved up or down relative to the reference level established at market creation. Resolution is final once the outcome is confirmed, and all winning shares pay out their full value while losing shares expire worthless. Traders should monitor the countdown timer on the market page to ensure they close or adjust positions before the deadline.
Key catalysts include Federal Reserve policy announcements, Bitcoin price movements, and Ethereum-specific developments such as network upgrades or major smart contract deployments. Regulatory news from the SEC or international bodies can trigger sharp directional moves. Macroeconomic data, risk-on or risk-off sentiment in equities, and large whale transactions on-chain may also influence trader positioning. Technical levels and support/resistance zones will guide short-term volatility. Monitoring crypto news feeds and on-chain metrics can help you anticipate shifts in market odds before they fully price in.
