This event tracks Ethereum's price at a specific future moment, using a precise benchmark index to determine the outcome. The price will be measured at a fixed time, with the result based on a narrow range of values or a threshold above a certain level.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Ethereum Real-Time Index (ERTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 30, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range, with one market resolving to Yes if the average falls within its defined bounds. The final price is determined by collecting 60 ERTI prices during the last minute before expiration and averaging them. All markets are mutually exclusive, ensuring only one resolves to Yes, while the remainder resolve to No. The secondary rules emphasize that CF Benchmarks' ERTI is the authoritative source, distinguishing it from other price feeds, and clarify the methodology for calculating the official price at expiration.
