For each threshold, the market resolves to 'Yes' if the simple average of the sixty seconds of ERTI prices immediately preceding 5 PM EDT exceeds the threshold value (e.g., $1,700 or above, $1,740 or above, etc.). The official price is determined by averaging 60 ERTI readings collected in the final minute before expiration. All markets share this resolution mechanism, with each threshold representing a separate, distinct outcome. The use of CF Benchmarks' ERTI ensures a consistent and authoritative pricing source, distinct from retail platforms like Google or Coinbase, and the average of the final minute's data mitigates volatility effects.
