Deleted posts will count as long as they remain available long enough to be captured by the tracker (~5 minutes). Community reposts which are not counted by the tracker not count toward the total. The resolution source for this market is the 'Post Counter' figure for posts found at https://xtracker.polymarket.com. Individual posts can be viewed by clicking "Export Data". If the tracker does not update correctly in accordance with the rules, X itself may be used as a secondary resolution source.
Prediction markets like this one differ fundamentally from traditional polls because they incentivize accuracy through real financial stakes. While polls measure stated opinions at a single moment, this market continuously updates as traders adjust positions based on new information and changing expectations. The odds here reflect what participants are willing to risk money on, often incorporating signals—such as Musk's recent posting patterns or upcoming events—that traditional surveys may miss or lag in capturing.
On Polymarket, traders set the odds by buying and selling shares corresponding to different tweet-count ranges. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current leading outcome reflects the highest probability assigned by the market at any given time. Prices move dynamically as new trades execute, with each transaction representing a participant's updated belief about how many tweets Musk will post. The spread between bid and ask prices indicates market confidence and liquidity around that outcome.
This market resolves around Jun 27, 2026, after the three-day observation window closes. The outcome is determined by counting the total number of tweets Elon Musk posts during the specified period, verified against credible public sources. Once the final count is confirmed and falls into one of the predefined ranges offered in this market, payouts are distributed to holders of the winning outcome shares. Traders should monitor Musk's account activity closely as the resolution date approaches.
Several factors could shift odds significantly before Jun 27, 2026. Major news events involving Musk or his companies may trigger increased social media activity, as could product announcements, regulatory developments, or public controversies.
