This market will resolve according to the number of times Donald Trump (@realDonaldTrump), posts on Truth Social between June 2, 12:00 PM ET and June 9, 2026, 12:00 PM ET. For the purposes of this market, only main feed posts, quote posts and reposts will count. Replies will NOT count towards the total - however, replies which are recorded on the main feed will be counted by the tracker. Deleted posts will count as long as they remain available long enough to be captured by the tracker (~5 minutes). The resolution source for this market is the "Post Counter" figure for posts found at https://xtracker.polymarket.com. Individual posts can be viewed by clicking "Export Data". If the tracker does not update correctly in accordance with the rules, Truth Social itself may be used as a secondary resolution source.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect aggregated trader bets and differ from traditional polling because they incorporate real-money incentives and continuous price discovery. Polls measure stated voter intent or public opinion at a snapshot in time, whereas prediction markets price in forward-looking expectations, breaking news, and evolving campaign dynamics. For a behavioral metric like Trump's Truth Social posting frequency, markets may react faster to recent platform activity, staff changes, or communication strategy shifts than conventional surveys. Comparing the two reveals whether traders are pricing in information that pollsters have not yet captured.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary or multi-outcome contract reflecting the probability that Trump's Truth Social post count falls within a specified range during June 2–9, 2026. Traders buy and sell shares corresponding to each outcome, with the price of each share representing the implied probability. The market aggregates buy and sell orders, and prices adjust continuously as new information emerges—such as Trump's recent posting patterns, platform policy changes, or campaign announcements. Liquidity and spreads vary with trading volume, affecting how easily you can enter or exit a position.
The market resolves on Jun 9, 2026, marking the end of the June 2–9, 2026 observation window. Resolution is determined by the actual number of Truth Social posts published by Donald Trump's official account during that seven-day period. The outcome will be verified against Truth Social's public post history and cross-checked against independent records to confirm the final count. Once the resolution criteria are met and verified, the market settles and winning positions are paid out according to the outcome that occurred.
Several catalysts could shift trader expectations before Jun 9, 2026. Changes in Trump's campaign schedule, major political announcements, or shifts in his communication strategy could alter his posting frequency. Platform policy updates to Truth Social, account suspensions, or technical outages would directly affect post volume. Breaking news, legal developments, or debate performances may prompt increased or decreased social media activity. Recent posting trends and historical baselines also inform trader positioning. Additionally, media coverage of his Truth Social activity or public statements about his social media use could influence market prices as traders reassess the likely outcome.
