This market will resolve to "Up" if the Dogecoin price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than or equal to the price at the beginning of that range. Otherwise, it will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Chainlink, specifically the DOGE/USD data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/doge-usd. Please note that this market is about the price according to Chainlink data stream DOGE/USD, not according to other sources or spot markets.
On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary contract with two outcomes: Dogecoin Up or Dogecoin Down during the May 31st, 8:00PM–12:00AM ET window. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome, with the price of each share reflecting the market's implied probability. If you believe Dogecoin will move up, you buy Up shares; if you expect a decline, you buy Down shares. The current odds show how the market is split between these two outcomes. Prices adjust continuously as new trades flow in, allowing you to enter or exit your position at any time before the market closes and resolves.
The market resolves at Jun 1, 2026. Resolution is determined by Dogecoin's price movement during the specified four-hour trading window on May 31st, 8:00PM–12:00AM ET. The outcome depends on whether the closing price at the end of that window is higher or lower than the opening price at the start. Once the window closes, the market settles based on the final price data, and winning shares are paid out accordingly. Traders should monitor Dogecoin's price action closely as the event window approaches to understand how their positions may resolve.
Several catalysts could influence Dogecoin's direction during the May 31st window. Major crypto market movements, Bitcoin volatility, and shifts in retail sentiment on social media often drive Dogecoin price action. Regulatory announcements, exchange listings, or celebrity endorsements have historically moved the asset sharply. Macroeconomic events—such as Fed policy signals or broader risk-on/risk-off sentiment—can affect the entire crypto market, including Dogecoin. Technical levels and support/resistance zones matter too. Traders should monitor news, on-chain activity, and broader market conditions leading up to the event window to anticipate potential price direction.
